we had a fantastic stay at tru by hilton! the indoor heated pool was perfect for my kids—they loved the showers and appreciated that there was no tub to step into. the pool area was clean with plenty of towels. we also enjoyed the comfy queen beds. plus, the hotel is very close to king's island, making it super convenient for our family plans!

During my stay at Tru By Hilton, I enjoyed the clean facilities and the excellent breakfast options, perfect for someone with a taste for American cultures. I did find it slightly inconvenient having to go to the lobby for the microwave. A solid experience!

Not worth the price for families with kids

The ONE staff member I saw was constantly on the phone while poor guests dealt with loud children kicking doors at midnight. There was hair in the bathroom shower and the TV in the room kept shutting off which was just ridiculous.

Yeah it was not cheap but still acceptable.
